When a listing goes live it is smart matched with real estate agents in the area who place bids. Bids contain cash upfront, listing term, proposed commission, and information about why the real estate is the best fit to sell the home. At the end of the listing term home sellers choose a winner and get introduced to the winning agent to schedule a walk through of their property. Once the listing agreement is signed home sellers receive the cash upfront offered and work with the agent to sell their home.
