- Your listing goes live and you will start receiving bids from real estate agents. Bids contain a cash amount upfront real estate agents will pay you once you sign a listing agreement, a proposed commission amount, listing term, and their marketing plan.
- Pick a winner. You will have a chance to review the bids to represent your listing. Pick the real estate agent that you feel is best for your situation.
