2. Schedule a quick onboarding call. One of our Listing Specialists will verify your listing and if your listing is a fit schedule a quick onboarding call. During the onboarding call we review what to expect when your listing goes live and confirm any additional details about your listing.
3.  Your listing goes live and you will start receiving bids from real estate agents. Bids contain a cash amount upfront real estate agents will pay you once you sign a listing agreement, a proposed commission amount, listing term, and their marketing plan.
4. Pick a winner. You will have a chance to review the bids to represent your listing. Pick the real estate agent that you feel is best for your situation. Once you pick a winner your agent will be in touch to schedule a walk through. Once the listing agreement is signed you will receive the cash amount offered up front.
